We like to have fun and play socom. We try to keep it fun and enjoyable to all. We dont like rooms full of cursing and swearing, even though slips happen. We dont gripe and dont complain, we understand its a game and therefore SUPPOSED to be fun. We promote an atmosphere for folks that like to play and enjoy a team/family environment.
GPS, or Game Players Society, is a collection of friends from all over the United States and Canada. We have played online games together for many years. We have recently branched out and taken a new path, which has lead us to the creation of the site you see before you. This clan is about friendship and fellowship.
If your looking for a speedy group this isnt it, we drive 45. If your looking for the most talented and most competitive group of online gamers this isnt it. We can't even remember where we left our keys this morning. We do play a wide range of games online, from sports to socom to racing. Heck we've even been know to drive down a racetrack the wrong way. Maybe that's why our car insurance is so high?
Our main avenue of focus is socom III. While we will not back down from a challenge, we wont actively seek them out. We focus on playing together and knowing our members rather than playing out side wars. The Game Players Society consists of Moms, Dads and Grandparents. Yep thats right, watch out for grandpa, he will shoot your eye out, or back over you in the tank.
We do allow children of our member to play along with us. But they must be respectful at all times and they are offline by a certain time each night, so the adults can play together. It's beacuse of this we wont allow cursing in our rooms, or cursing on our forums. We dont rush to green up, we take the time to know the folks we are playing with, Its the cornerstone of our society.
We dont complain about lag and we dont bash each other if we lose. At our age we cant tell if its the game lagging or our memories failing. So if you can stand to hear us talk about our kids, grandkids, our gerital, and the occational viagra prescription we may be the place for you.
