I bought it today and played for about 4 hours. This game is insane. The online mode kinda sucks, but story mode and instant action are definelty awesome. If you haven't played this one or the first one...you have to go and rent it. Especially number 2.

Anyway, tommorow is the day I get Star Wars Battlefront 2 and Battlefield 2. I have heard nothing but good things about Battlefront 2 single player and I heard the online play was alright but I'll just have to see for myself.

Yeah, it's an excellent game. The online area isn't all that great, but it has been greatly improved sinec the first one because the lag was horrible in number 1, but I barely saw any in number 2.
It's like Battlefield except with Star Wars. Unlike the original, however, the offline campaign is objective-based. I haven't tried online yet and I haven't tried the Instant Action or Galactic Conquest modes either, so I don't know if those are objective-based too.

I have it and like it. They finally added Jedi. It's so cool to kill people with it. You can throw it, do some nice moves. Oh and I also tried online. It's not much different, but still fun.
