Theres like Commando, Froggy Style, Seal, and stuff. I use the Frogman or Froggie style or whatever because the change firerate button is the square button, and jump is the old firerate. Its good b/c whenever i get too excited in a gun fight, i jump instead of changing my fire rate. Let me know what u think.
this was the first thing i did when getting the game was picking the control setting that worked best for me. after trying a few out in the training mission in single player, the best one for me was Frogman.

Frogman too....for the exact same reason.....I have a couple suicides b/c inna firefight in tight qtrs all of a sudden the frag goes off and we're all dead!!!!
Frogman is what the SEALS (BUD/S) used to be called before Richard Marcinko created SEAL TEAM 13. That guy was f*cking money. If you don't know who that is do a search on Amazon. He's written 13+ books about the original SEAL teams. Great sh*t.
"Froggy" is really this good huh? never tried it... another thing that it will help too other than stop accidental fire rate changes, it instead of holding down on the left stick, you just gotta tap the square key... imma try it :)
I use FROGMAN just because of the sheer fact that its the closest controller setting to SURESHOT]. I dont know if anyone has noticed that but i'd just thought i'd bring that up
