I dont wish to imply anything here, but if ever they were to ban someone, based on complaints from players, they would wait until they received a certain number of reports about the said player.

If you call them in a game when somebody is cheating, customer support can remove that player from the game and if they see him cheating that person will be banned.
When you report someone to zipper they do indeed take action and will ban the player. To avoid the situatios were some A**hole gets all his friends to report you for no reason other then you own him once zipper receives the name they have an admin or official play with you while you are unaware. This way they can really see if you are glitching.
I assume some people know who Numba1Stunna is... legit top 10 for a while... well obviously he got pissed that all the rank ups were passing him, and called Sony to try to get them banned. Sony then promptly told him he would need 100's of complaints for them to even look into it.
I mean seriously, if Zipper or Sony was going to ban anyone, don't you think they would have started to ban the rank ups already? It's kind of obvious.
glitching will never stop....oh and heres some info and im sure you've heard it , dont ahem..."flame" me for this it was stated in another thread: that if you have gameshark on such as infinite health they will not allow you to log on, ever.
I mean its not mcuh since maybe less then 10% of socom 3 players cheated offline but again its a start. Im sure sony will have something going down in the future so just keep ur pants on ladies.

.....im saying since the game was so easy most people like 90% of them did not cheat offline. and zipper has something started for people who cheat with not allowing them to log on with gameshark enabled.
oh, ok, got it now......kinda was a little lost.
Someone on another thread was saying he forgot he had his infinite health enabled and logged on and said he got banned and wondered how long they would ban him....hehe
