EB Games & Game Crazy Release Dates

I too pre-ordered at EB Games. They had a sign that said the 12th was the date, but when I went up to the counter the girl told me: "This is such a big title that we are going to get it on the 11th, so we will call you when it comes in."

I would just call the store and make sure that they don't have it sometime on Tuesday.

yup gamecrazy is the 11th u might be able to get it da 1oth i called and they said as soon as they get the shipment in there gonna put it out asap....im a get two copies :D :D

Agreed, They did this to me too many times. And I said this before and someone argued with me talking about, its two different release dates. Mathiyus Thanks. Like I said before Reservers: Oct. 11th, Buyers: Oct. 12th.

just because you reserve it, doesn't mean that your special. It means your stupid, Walmart is open 24 hours and since all of the game shipments come in on monday, the local walmart will have it on monday, then put it on the shelves early tuesday, the lady at my walmart said i could come in at midnight. She doesn't care when just as long as it's the 11th. Those snotty pricks at gaming stores dont get in until 9 or 10 am so have fun waitng for them to decide when they want to give it to you. Reserving sucks, I learned that from GTA. Everybody had it but i had to wait for a gaming store. thats wrong

How did you learn that reserving sucks from GTA? When I reserved my GTA from Gamestop I got it at five o'clock the day before Walmart even got it.

xtended clip has a picture of p90's which are one of the few guns that cant get an extended clip becaus eof the way the clip is integrated into the weapon, lol.

anyway, its a store thing, not a chain problem, everyone gets different dates.

No doubt... I did the same thing with the last GTA game.

If there is one thing that I have learned about video games, it's the fact that large retail chain stores (like Target, Wal-Mart <puke>, Best Buy, etc.) ALMOST NEVER get games the day they are released (every Tuesday)... that's why I only shop for new releases at EB Games or (god forbid) Gamestop.
