I do like this idea, and it could be done. I would say the seals best bet is to lay low near to each other and guard areas while under cover. Then they would use SD's to take out the terrorists so they wouldn't give away their position. Movement would be discouraged for seals until they evened out the teams. If they had to assault a building, then that would be awesome. We would probably see some tactics being used like one player opens the door while the others run in and stuff. I think this could be alot of fun. ctu nelson's idea about it being against computers, but then again that would be easy if you had an area well covered (like the roof in the 3rd algeria mission lol, easy as crap, except for the snipers sometimes.)

uuuh we need a CO-OP map ??? The off-line maps playable in online mode woth 3 other friends. That would be awesome.  Then your truely working as a team and the terrors don;t know your coming cause there are the comp itself programmed to be DUM

I kind of like the idea. Like someone said, it might become easier for the Terrorist. But still, I think there is also a number of different ways, the Seals could attack. So it would be fun, for the most part, for both sides. I dought they'll be able to have it, in III, but maybe in IV.

Myself and two other clan members went against a full roster in s2(8 people) and won the map 6-2 and they aborted the rest of the war :)
6vs.16 would be a sinch... then again I like enowapi, sujo, sandstorm seals to prove a point.

Excellent ideas, everyone :) . Very true though, these great ideas might have to wait for another time. Hopefully zipper does something for the hdd, seeing as so many might have one and only use it for saving games or something like that. All that space should be used for something good, something like extra socom maps for offline co-op would be great, however I'm just wishing on a star on this one. Some more ideas, anyone? I like innovation, and this forum is full of it(innovation).

to be quite honest there is only a handful of games that even support the hdd... socom2 being one of them used for the 3 newer maps. One of the others I know of said it was hdd compatible(Resident Evil Outbreak the first resident evil game to ever go online) basically sucked and had nothing to really download. If you think socom servers lag try playing that **** online... slow moving zombies ten feet away from you and then the next second they are eating you :D

Hahaha, yeah my buddy used to play that. Then when outbreak 2 came out he went out and bought it, played it, and hated it because it's so confusing. I asked him why he didn't play it much, he said that there's A-holes that just wanted 'rank' or whatever and just left him behind, aka: people who don't care about their team mates. Like I said, just wishing on a star on this one.

the most ive played is 2 on 8 in fishhook and we won 5-6. i think without the element of suprise the game wouldnt be too much fun, as you would have 16 people to find and kill, probably with 8 held up somewhere and 8 sniping every possible path, calling out as they see us. it would be murder for all but the best seals and worse terrys. wtvr though
