It is your first Amendment right to be given Freedom Of Speach. This much is true. However, some things that come out of our mouths violate other's peoples rights. You are given Freedoms so long as you do not violate other's peoples liberties, freedoms, and rights in that process. You parading around saying cuss words would be violating other people's liberties. It would be just like you saying you want to be pro-communism and speak about how great it is and how bad democracy is. This is against the law and therefore makes your freedoms somewhat limited. This is strictly for the protection of everyone else, however. I am sure you can understand.
