M203's & RPG's

I hate it how whenever you pull out a m203 or rpg's in socom 2 people call you ***** or noob. Why would zipper put m203's and RPG's and At-4 Heats into the game if they arn't ment to be used. Well thats all goign to change in socom 3. With the vehicals and maps that are 10x as big they will play a big part in socom 3. They will be used to destroy vehicals and such. Hopefully people wont use these terms when they see their teamates pull out M203's and RPG's.

why would people make A boms and not use them this doesn't make sence.

seriously now i think the m203 are to strong in s2 because of their range you can blast all the way to the otherside of the map. and therefore i think they are noob and the tip the scale to much.

as for rpg's i don't think they're noob at all you stand still you shoot while standing still you can't fire for 5 sec and most of the time you don't have a good camping spot to use them good anyways. so i don't think there noob but thats my opinion.

I wouldn't have a problem with these guns in SOCOM II if they didn't cause arguments and lag. Hopefully in SOCOM III, they won't cause lag, but I'm sure people will start complaining about them again. I personally don't complain about them. If the other team uses them, I don't really care. Well I care, but I don't sit on the mic and complain about it. I don't whine about it in the lobby, and I sure as hell don't call anyone a noob for using them. I won't complain either in SOCOM III, I just think people will eventually start calling the RPG and M203 noob guns in SOCOM III too. Thank god they gave us the option of turning them off in SOCOM III. That should save some whining.

I agree, i would have put in RPG's & AT-4 Heats in but m203's are overboard, with s3 they can put em in cuz the maps are huge and these different elements to use them in, not just firing em into the air and see if they land and kill someone.

well i think people hate the surprise of it. like your running at a guy guns blazing and then boom he just shoots once and blows your head off. RpG's shouldnt really be that noobish. It takes up 2 Spaces in your inventory. You gotta get down and not move around with it. And you can only shoot once.

Im waith ya all the way. It doesnt nessesaraly take skill to use the m203 but you need persise accuracy, especially with the he's you need to be able to predict where people will move next and land that nade right where they step.

The only reason I was against the M203 was because the SEALs were the only side to get it... now both have it... bloop away my man...

The rocket launchers will be very important, and I doubt anyone will call it noobish to stand down a tank or hummer bristling with guns... that takes more than weapons to do...

i almost seriously dont know why people hate rpg's,at-4's,m203 etc...its just a weapon is it because they are 1 shot kills but what happens if the person with the m203 or whatever has bad accuracy the explosion radius isnt that big either.when im in a room and a guy has a m203 or another "noob weapon" as people say it is,everybody says 'hey vote that mofo hes useing a m203' i dont vote the guy.i uselly say 'why vote him?' then they reply 'hes useing a m203'.Then i just grab one too,then they say 'another pr*ck is useing a m203' one time i said 'if you said its a pr*ck it must be you' then they voted me,it was soooo stupid its just a weapon but i think that is gonna change soooooooooo fast in s3 everybody will be putting some sort of attatchment that fires explosives(m203,m25 airburst)i have more fun sometimes playing starwars BF cuz theres rocket launchers and stuff,vehicles that people would say in socom'ARE NOOBY'

I would have no problems with the M203s in socom 2 whatsoever if you ACTUALLY had to lob it! The thing that's dumb is, if you aim at a guy, the 203 will hit him always. In real life, you'd have to adjust your trajectory to arc the shot. If they made it so you had to manual-lob it, I wouldn't give a Ra hee lah.
