Ive reduced the file size, quite a bit. Ill give you the specs.
Banner. Origional = 155 kb. Compressed = 32 kb.
Index. Origional = 98 kb. Compressed = 12 kb.
However, I had a problem with the index. I had to turn it into a .jpeg, because if I didnt, the .GIF would be messed.(sorry!)
Of course, I can compress these further, its just that I was able to compress them to the new filesize, without losing any quality.(Well, I couldnt see a noticable differance, when I zoomed in. I will, compress down, much further, later.

**EDIT** Here are the other other pictures, with a lower filesize, and a noticable quality drop. What you can do, webmaster, is tell me exactly the filesize you want, and Ill make it so.
