I've seen that a bunch. If it looks like everyones dead but the game hasn't ended, go over all the dead bodies. If they are really alive your crosshairs will turn red.

You can't tell what is wrong with what, the Thread? If so we are just disscusing how a player may kill a hostage, but they appear alive on your screen. It isn't a glitch, in fact, it's simply lag within the game itself.
The wierdest thing happened this weekend. First, only 1 of the 3 hostages would follow me. (We were on Fishhook).
Then when I'd put him somewhere and tell him to hold position, it would announce to everyone "A hostage is being escorted."
Only then would the other 2 hostages start running towards my position, and whenever I'd stash them it would say the same thing: "A hostage is being escorted".
It makes no sense.
