Are We Overstaffed?

This was a suggestion by a member that you all respect greatly. (no its not me ) He suggested that we only need about 5 ppl for this project. We would then sell it. Then divide the money 5+1 (veins) ways. Also look at it this way if 5 ppl are working to make this good at of the sheer will to make it good for the heck of it, imagine what motivation $$ would provide.

I do in fact have a list of the ppl me and our anonymous member both agree on.

The anonomyous member should just come out and post this list. I think that if 5 people was what was needed, then that should have been said before everyone signed up. It isn't fair to cut anyone now.

Perhaps there can be 5 people supervising (making sure everything is perfect), but it is not as if anyone of us are going to slack off because there is no money involved.

yes just everyone work on it like there is NO money involved at all.most likely to make money we will have to spend some and if thats the case whoever chips in will split it with veins.i dont mind chipping it at all with the other ppl who have some to contibute as well...i will have it..(working 6 f#king days a week for 1 1/2 months ) but once again just pour your heart in it for the love of the site and for the recognition you will recieve for your great work on your part.

i originally only asked for 5, but so many ppl asked i didnt want them to be left out.

we'll keep the current staff, but i insist on getting it published. (via self-publishers) Theres alot of work thats required for it, and itll be kick@$$ theres no reason why we shouldnt sell it.

theres my backup. this is what the council was for...and well the staff split almost down the middle about it. Which helps to prove Al's point. Like Al said Socom 3 is still Socom and the same basic principals apply. Heres the proposed list for all that are curious

There is not reason to cut people out now. Everyone stays, and everyone is equal.
