well ive never been into computer games because of the controls.home systems just feel better in my hands than a computer so my start "online" would be Everquest for the PS2 when it came out.i was the first person at EB to get it and although ive never liked RPG(usually they are too long and boring for me) i figured id give it a whirl since it was "online". well i must say it was a great experience and i met some really cool friends.after awhile the cheaters crept in and just made it no fun(sucks when you work hard for stuff for months and some shmuck gets somethign in one day by manipulating the system

)
i then tried madden and tripple play online next....sucked because most ppl i faced did cheap shyt to win instead of playing fair so i was about to give up online and tried socom 1...well that was a disaster since by the time i figured id try it cheating was reallin starting to corrupt it so i just played one or 2 select offline games and said screw online all together.well after hearing about socom 2s new anti cheating systems i figured id give it one last shot...and here i am.although there is some glitching etc the community does a better job policing this game so im glad i took that last chance.
im sure id enjoy other online games with the right core group of friends who play for funa nd not have to resort to bullshyt to win and stroke thier ego.
