The .50 Suppresed is worthless,its still as load as a .308,which is EXTREMELY loud.(think SR-25)

Also that Supressed machine gun wouldnt be that great either,you would burn that can up in no time.

Also the supressed .50 really inst practical,since the .50 is used to take out Light Vehicles and other non human things i think they would know your there anyway.

IT'S NOT A M60 IT'S A M240! Anywhoo it's probably installed to reduce muzzle flash on the rifle and the machine gun. I realize that it is a airsoft but there are some cases of which suppressors are used to reduce muzzle flash on machine guns. I meen come on that's why there called suppressors.

If they wanted to reduce flash they wouldnt put a can on it,they would just put a flash suppresor.

yes there are silenced m60's and m82a1's but the bullet is slowed down to sub sonic speed its just as powerefull as a sr 16 because of that its just a bigger caliber more of a smak good if there was a small suppressor that keeps it silent but still has a big enuf smak to take out a car

Well all i hope for is that there is a limit to the weapons you can silence because if you can silence every single gun in the game then this game is just gona become a SD weapon game. SDs Everywere.

sorry bud, that's an m249 SAW (the iron sight by the end of the barrel of the gun gives it away?? it's not an m60 the caliber of that bullet is too small) and it shoots the same bullets as an m4/m16, it has a 150 round box of ammo...so it is feasible to silence that but i don't know why you'd want to...when you're in a fire fight with someone and they are down range every 3rd or 4th bullet is a tracer to tell where you are, unless your weapon is silenced and then they use ammo that moves slower as to not make more of the racket...

the m82 is impossible to do like that, at the end of the gun barrel is a brake, you'd have to use the ammo that moves slower and not feasable, also the barrel of an m82 is "free floating" i think, something like that, i know that when it is fired the barrel comes back to take some of the kick out of it, kind of the way a hand gun does, M9 of instance...that picture the gun barrel looks like is sodered on there...nice pictures!!!

who knows, i may just be belly aching...also, and i know it's just a movie, but the guy that shot down the helicopter used a high caliber bullet and he had a flash suppressor or something basically looked just like a pringles can

Ahh..the wonders of the movie industry.

I thought that gun looked odd, and the silencers too. I guess i was right.
