My sister just left from her 2 week vacation from the peace corps during her stay in Bulgaria. The only thing she hears people say is "why do they have to be such a world police."
My personal feeling on my country is about 75% of people I see in society are ****ing ignorant and selfish as can be, but to naive to realize it. This includes my friends, and people I just know.

Canadas health care system isn't doing very well right now. Some of the problems they have is the Govt has a set budget so they can only allow surgeons to perform so many procedures per year. If you need a surgery then you go on a waiting list. Life or Death cases being on top. Typical TRIAGE. Because of the limited funds many of Canadas top doctors and surgeons are moving abroad where they can make more money. It is better for them to not have any restrictions on how much work they can do. Free health care is a good idea if you are a socialist. In a capitalist society it wont work. IMO its the FDA and pharmaceutical companies driving up the price of health care. Whereas we do need our Govt to regulate some aspects we are over regulated and that has been inflating cost. Did you guys know that if Aspirin was to come out right now it wouldn't even be approved by the FDA. Many pharmaceutical have to spend multi millions of dollars to pass drugs through the FDA that have been proven safe in many other countries. The cost is passed on to the consumer.
