That doesn't mean thats the release date, it just means that that company is relasing it that date, but they are most likely selling it on the relase date. So thats got to be it!

I was feeling old, thanks for the break down, Otter! Anyway, I am just going through a 16 year old's point of view. I do not, and never for that matter, have the problem of being refused a game because they want to see how I do in school. I am not a geek but I get good marks with relative ease. I am not spoiled by any means, but I work and have cash so I buy games I enjoy. The reason I listed is because I know friends who have parents like that. Most good parents would want to hold it over their child's head for a marking period to make their grades better. It is also a good idea to have a November release for Christmas Cramming Season. I'm not saying I am mad or in any way disappointed with Sony, just it is hard to find logic in the date, or to believe the actually date of release is going to be August 15th.
