What are the best programs for designing and creating graphics??? My graphic in my SIG was made with Paint Shop Pro 7.0 (i think 7.0) and I used CaptureWiz Pro to create it as a JPEG. and used ImageShack.com to create the link.
Should I keep doing this or is there better programs out there (that are as easy as Paint Shop Pro, I mean).
There are two basic graphic programs that are the best. Adobe Photoshop and Corel Photopaint (which is a cheaper verson of Photoshop with the same tools and effects). There is vector programs that are good too. Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw which lets you draw art work that is scalable to any size without losing any resolution. Adobe Photoshop and Corel Photopaint both let you save into any file type you want.
