but, heres one question...have they evened out the guns for both sides and made them more realistic so...1 shot kill..not 1 clip?

Thats a G36. Learn your guns!!!! Also I doubt the practicality of vehicles online, it just causes to much lag unless they use shortcuts which end up causing larger processing loads.

Oh I'm sure they'll have customizable weapons online, if they don't, it'd be a bad move on their part...I mean....no vehicles online is understandable (LAG!) but customizable weapons doesn't screw anything up....

thats purely the the new Xm-8 , its a new battle rifle for the US
it looks like it but no it isnt
i know my guns, the XM-8 was featured in the game GHOST RECON 2.
the XM8 standard colour is dark green with garbage green, but socom 3 has blacks ones and the XM8 can be modified to a Sniper rifle, LMG and a normal rifle

man i expected more. THe graphics wont be too much better. THe T-72 will be cool and same with the boat but not worth $US70. Also i doubt you can use the vehicles online like battlefield, it will dominate the game. I dont care about the weapons, you cant get too much better than socomn 2. After all, a grenade launcher is a grenade launcher

HA'//KINS is right. thats an M-8 future (not so future, lol)
assault rifle wich can also be a Sniper Rifle and a Support machinegun. cool.

Attachments........ cool, there will be a lot of them. M4 SOPMOD kit cant be missed. cool........

Well a couple of things that had surprised me......one being that there will VEHICLES in this game.....VEHICLES FOR CHRIST SAKE!!! I just hope 100% that they will only use the vehicles for single player and NOT ONLINE!!! I REPEAT IF YOU READ THIS ZIPPER, NO VEHICLES ONLINE PLEASE!!!!!

Another thing......it seems that the "Customizable Guns" will be based only on the SEALS? Let us just hope that the terrorists ALSO get the custom guns like the seals. All in all....the custom guns is not a bad idea......but I still think they should keep the SOCOM-2 Guns......I don't want them to cut my baby the RAW-14...that thing is just kickass.....I was also wondering if it was possible to custom an m14?? Hah...that would be okay but still cheap.....

Last but not least.....MAPS!!! I REALLY HOPE ZIPPER KEEPS ALL THE MAPS FROM SOCOM-2 AND NOT JUST POPULAR MAPS FROM SOCOM-2!!! I'm saying this because, certain people like those outkast type of maps.....even though Crossroads, Desert Glory, and Nightstalker are probably the most overrated maps on this SOCOM-2....I still hope they keep The Mixer, Requiem, and ****in Blood Lake man......


P.S.: Is it a good time to e-mail that "Wishlist" of ours to Zipper/Sony???
I'm just saying now is the best time.......NOW NOW NOW!!!!!
