NEW TO THE SIG STUFF....

I am new to the sig stuff... but found myself being stuck on photoshop playing with all the options available. This is only my 3rd one ever made so be nice... hahahahaha
anyways... here it is



that was the best that I could do with the knowledge that I have with photosop. I look at it and say to myself "I dont know but there is just something missing....??? " who knows, maybe its just me?.....

It does looke cool, but dont forget that boarder. I dont know i you did this but blenmd your text too. Its pretty good, but I just dont like it.

It has a border, just not the one you usually see.


Okay, what can I say {hey that rhymed}

You know alot of effects. If youve just taken alot of tutorials or what.

The pixel text needs to be a different font. It looks okay but try a font like visitor. The frontlineassasins text is okay but I would perfer a black stroke so you dont loose the top of the text like it seems to do. Main text is okay, I dont like that font but you tried.

Background is okay, but it could look different than just a filter tutorial.

The render, ahhh, the render. I dont like the fade render. Its too far from the original. I dont like the outer glow on the main render with it overlapping the faded render. The main render seems to get cut off on the left.


All in all its decent for a noob. Dont take my critic too seriously, just trying to help you out.

Id give it a 5/10 and a 7.5/10 on a noob scale.

Make a 1 px stroke around the text at 50 opacity
Also blend the render, and find one that isnt cut off (Silver Surfer has no left arm...it kinda ends out of nowhere)

Well this is how i learned. "Trial and Error" .... I clicked on all the options and looked at what happend. So that was basically it. There are still something I get stuck on or I feel restricted, due to my knowledge, but what can I say. I still think something is missing. I dont know what exactly.. but there is something missing.

Brushing... goto www.devaintart.com and download some nice looking brushes and use them to get good effects.

not bad but render is cut off, and think Iceman woulda went better with ice theme .other than that not bad for startin out.
