New maps in europe?

Does anybody know's if i can get the socom II maps in europe?.
We got here the OPM2(JAN) On the cover MGS3. I hope so...And europe most get the USA-SERVER (i think)...I got the HD(HD-LOADER) so i can put it on my HD, that's is not the problem.
I MOST GET THE MAPS!...

I think that you're out of luck. Even if you do get OPM outside of North America, you'd need to get your hands on an old issue.
