sounds like to me his biggest problem isnt his hand stuck in the tube....but how he allowed hisself to turn into a fat slob to where he couldnt get it out.....plus why stick your hand in there....just tip it over and let them come out....and ppl wonder why they are fat.....

On the topic of "ADD", its funny watching the kids who have it. They use it as an excuse to run around and get exemptions... wtf?

A) People are retards
B) Our ego's have grown too fast for our emotions too keep up(causing more retarded irrational actions)
C) Our weapons have grown to big for us to control ourselves.(Meaning a irrational action can cause major damage. 10 000 years ago you accidentally hit someone with a club maybe just a bruise, now you accidentally shoot someone they'll probably die. We can't keep up with the weapons, people are still too faulty.)

I think those are some honest truths, we as a race are F***ED up. We have already outgrown the need to preserve ourselves as a species. The bolt that kept us from killing each other pointlessly(damaging race as a whole) is unbolted. Instead of working togethor we squabble like three year olds, and over the most pointless things too. Instead of helping the poor and homeless, we waste money on a war, just to kill other people. Whether or not the war is justified, the money could be used much wiser. 94 000 years ago a supervolcano erupted, for a period there may have been no more than as little as a thousand humans alive on earth, I can guarrantee there were almost no murders back then you would be too happy seeing another person. Now we've made life into a commodity, available to those who can afford it but not the ones who can earn it. Also I think lazyness is a real huge problem. With things like sparknotes, why ever read again? Why put the answers in the back of the book? Do they think people just check their answers? Hell no, these producers are retards. The problem is the people in control, the rich and wealthy. They look out mainly for their own interest not the interests of the people. Education is also a problem, no one has to do anything. The schools are retardedly lenient on the actual troublemakers and overbearing on the one time events. Anyway I'm done ranting for now.

no, not in my school... however I find most of the kids in 8th grade are lazy and have been spoon fed everything they need to know, pitied by the teachers and are just all around stupid and lazy, and since the teachers see this... they are lenient. Thus a "B" is an average grade.

Btw... what was the first school to use letter grades and why did they forget
"E"???

In UK schools, A:80-100, B:70-80, C:60-70, D:50-60, E:40-50, <E = fail [;)].

I've no idea how it works in Romania though [?].

Hey no fair, in American schools A is only 90 to 100 and then things go down by tens after that. But I guess I shouldn't complain to much school in the UK is probably harder then here anyways.

That's just a 'guideline' though. The grade boundaries are changed from exam to exam on the assumption that a certain proportion of people will get A's, B's, C's etc and that these proportions do not vary from year to year, exam to exam. So, if an unusually high proportion of the people taking a certain exam that year get A's, it's concluded that the exam was easier than 'standard' and the grade boundary for an A is raised until everything looks 'as expected'

For instance, I sat one of the earlier pure exams, which was a bit easy, and found that the grade boundary for an A had been raised to 97 after the initial markings of the papers! In the Differential Equations exam, however, over 74 was enough to get that A.

In practice, the grade boundary for an A rarely falls below 70 (except on perhaps the 6th Pure Exam, if you take it) but it's not unusual to see mental grade intervals like - A: 100-85, B: 84-68, C: 67-59, D: 58-50, E: 49-24, N: 23-00 just to make all the proportions of people achieving each grade are as predicted. E isn't technically a fail (N is), although it's rubbish enough to be considered one. And then there's always the mysterious U (for ungraded), which I think is for people who go mental and draw windmills all over their exam sheet.

The one major advantage of this grading scheme is that it's possible to get your A-Level grades to spell NUDE, or DUNE, which is of some consolation to those who don't manage to get above a D.

Not really an answer but hey, they have it easier.

Consider this everyone,

We (referring to the world) are facing a gigantic overpopulation problem. Which raises my point, why are we trying to preserve lives if our own planet cant support us?
