Madden is always more polished than NCAA, so I'd have to say MADDEN.
But 2006 sounds sweet for both franchises... NCAA is going to have a road to the Heisman and MADDEN is going to be able to get the draft pick ready for the NFL... sounds sweet. I might get both.
