to Zakk, you ned a CAT-5 cable. you connect one side to the PS2 online adaptor and another side to the back/front/Left side/right side of your cable Modem or Router or whatever you have (there's Cable modem, router, switch, and HUB) if you get a router dont forget to ENABLE THE SOCOM 2 PORTS ( 10070-10080 TCP 10070 UDP and 6000-6999 UDP for headset. better enable the whole range for the ports i gave you)

then the Online Setup CD rom. that makes a Network config. then it saves the config to the MEM card. and you get the patches downloaded to your memcard too. if you have any questions, ask. LOL

i have a cat 5 jack in my wall. Would that work. My comp has some ****ing crazy firewalls and it would be a pain, but i could get it to work
