ak-47's are really better than the m14's

well you guyz have your own opinion but since the patch came out this is my primary weapon and im surgical with this gun. before the patch is really sucked but now it has a good steady fire rate and a hell of a lot more accuracy. its medium/steady flow of bullets and its 30 round clip are more than enough to take out quite a few ppl. i get over 10 kills with this gun. the m14 fires real fast and wastes all of its bullets quickly but it is still one of the best out there.

the patch did not change the weapons, you just realized that the ak47 is better than you thought. i realized that b4 the patch.

exactly, i had ppl actually get mad if i died in a round without a kill with the ak-47. but then when you get 4 or 5 kills in a round versus thier 1 with the m-14 they tend to shut up. ak-47 has always been my weapon of choice and why i prefer to play as terrorist. plus its alot more gratifyin takin a bytch with an iw-80 down with an ak

sony never changed any of these guns and no the m 14 is still better up close. but for far distance i would go with the ak 47

i dont know about any primary weapons but they did in fact change the fire rates on some of the handguns.

Then that's a good thing... I thought their handguns fired wayyyyy too fast in the past. It was annoying getting fragged by some douchebag that would be randomly firing a clip from his SP-10 or Mark 23 in your direction, because it fired so goddamnned fast!

I have to agree with the AK-47. I love it and one of the best qualities of the weapon is the distinct sound it makes, those of you who know, know exactly what I'm talking about.

On a side note, not to step on the originator of this threads toes, but try the uzi.... It is an awesome gun... More importantly when you kill someone with it, they are pissed... and we ALL know that is one of the funnest parts of the game!

The AK-47 was always a good, reliable gun. The M14 has it over matched though with it's fire rate which is a hell of a lot faster than the AKs. I really don't see what the patch has done to the gun but I guess I'll try it today to see if it is any better.
