I doubt Sony will take out the gun because a few people are whining about it! but the fact is that this is a game based on reality(or it's suppose to be somewhat) Seal's use m203's, you don't hear terrorist in real life screaming it's not fair do you! in real life Seal's have an advantage over terrorist in weaponry and that's why they have an advantage in socom! the seals are always going to have an advantage, and they will always have the M203 so deal with it and yes their are ways around it! so just adjust your gameplan and live with it!

So, who would actually vote someone off for using either? There has been a lot of talk back and forth concerning this issue and no conclusion. I say if they are in the game people should use them. If they suck at using them, then they will be shot. Also it is not the people who use M60 complaining about the M203's it is everyone in general. It has become common practice now to exclude anything that proposes a possible "easy" kill. Just look around at some of the games and listem to how many people say no M203's or GL. I feel this is because they do not know how to counter it as mention before.

Now it has come down to excluding or discriminating against other weapons. Let's just play the game.
