First, how can the blame for terrible acts of terrisom be placed on one person? Granted their was intelligence that was overlooked but, The President only knew what he was told.
Second, does anybody think that the goverment is going to let any information out when all the details are not known. We all know how the media is and how they can twist words. Who knew what all was going to happen and why would you possibly leak plans to stop the terroist attacks to the terroists. Nobody knows the true time period, it could possibly be different then anything that has been presented.
Third, we will never know what went on in the beginning moments of 9/11. We should not question the decisions made that day. What would we have done in that posistion and that situation? Nobody knows! What we should question is why this happened to the greatest country in the world. We are a great and powerful nation, what went wrong. The unused intelligence started way before the Bush and Clinton Admin. We became too comfortable in our situation. Who would of thought it would happen to us?
Forth, what happen to the days of flag waving and unity? For two years after 9/11 everyone was united in the fight of terroism. The efforts to protect our country was supported by both political parties with no questions asked. It is now a election year and look at what is going on. We should focus more on disabling terroist instead of why President Bush did not make the plans Of the United States goverment known to the public during a national emergency.
The days are getting better. We have a long road ahead to prevent another 9/11. So band together as citzens of the United States OF America and support every means necessary to prevent this from happening again.
This is no offense to anybody from other countries (DaKilla) they are experincing the same problems we are.
