Is the AK-47 worth using?

I don't use the AK-47 though..For terrorist's my weapon of choice is M14..Nothing else..(Unless im sniping)

I only use the AK-47 for sentimental reasons of years of playing counter-strike. This gun acts nothing like it does in this game than it does in reality. Accurate as hell in single shots, but the second shot should be wayyyyy off... should react similarly to the m-14, and have about the same power, if not slightly weaker.

I still like the M16 for the terrorists the best, it seems the most balanced, with the M14 pulling in a close second.

U know that seals use the m4 mostly, so thats the seal default weapon...

But terrorists practicly never use the 552, and almost always use the ak,
So shouldnt the default weapon be ak-47 for terrorists,

and also to kinda balance the weapons better they should improve the ak to be more like the ra

552 is the t equivalent for the m4. I am sick of people complaining about the 552. It is an awesome gun. If you suck then yes you will scapegoat the 552. If you aim at the head then they die!!!!! I don't believe it!

I think the second (or maybe third) shot is way off. It jumps up and that is the reason I stopped using it. IMO it does act like the M14 except it does not keep riding up like the M14. The slow fire rate was annoying me too. I never saw the power. For long range fights it was pretty useless.

I love the M16 and use it all the time as a terroist, and even as a seal sometimes because I have gotten so used to it. It is great at long range, it has a fast fire rate, you get extra clips, it seems to be quite powerfull.

-=SpEcIaLisT=-, I think the default weapon for both the SEALs and the terrorists is the most even weapon. The stats for both the 552 and the M4 are basically even.

The Stats are...But who believes these stats are true.

Take the M60 for example. It says volume is 1/3 from full. 2 shot kill (Chest Shots).

Now look at the m14. Nearly full. 2 shot kill (Chest Shots)

See the irony?

I just used the AK for the first time on SOCOM II earlier today...

I was impressed, I must say. It gets the job done, in the right hands. It's accurate, and powerful- a deadly combo. Full auto is useless, I burst it, although the gun is SET on full auto. (used to CS)

Anyways, there's my 2 cents on using the AK.
