One of my favorite parts of this year's E3 had to be the watching the trailer for God of War 3 right near the end of Sony's conference... it's supposed to be released sometime in 2009. I was hoping that it would release near the end of this year, but beggars can't be choosers.
Until then, I will have to enjoy this trailer until more footage is released.

This game is going to look amazing on the PS3. GoW3 is definitely at the top of my list of games that I'm looking forward to the most.
The first two had some great graphics for PS2 games, so I can't wait to see what the visuals are like on the PS3 too. The gameplay was also smooth and fun in the PS2 games so I would guess it will twice as better on the PS3.
The trailer was probably rendered and the finished game won't look quite that great, but this is going to be a must own fo sho. I need to go buy the first two for my ps2 and beat them before this one comes out.

If it's PC, prerendered graphics are usually the final product.
