The Bourne Conspiracy (360)
Source
Sierra Entertainment with High Moon Studios (Darkwatch) is bringing the Bourne experience to next-gen consoles in a new action/shooter espionage game.
There's 3 screens online now, and it reminds me a lot of Splinter Cell, which isn't really a bad thing.
Bourne Conspiracy is designed to stand alone in the Bourne Universe, and not based on any of the movies or books.
It also looks as if the main character will not be a digi-Damon either.
More details at E3.

Brilliant! There's a selling point, in my opinion...

What is it with you and your negativity? The game hasn't even come out yet.
Not all movie games suck. The Lord of the Rings wasn't that bad and neither was Spiderman. I think you are just trying to get your post count up, bud.

I agree with you 100%... nice catch.
And pudgey... watch your behavior. Consider this your first warning.
Otherwise, you may find yourself on the business end of a permanent vacation.
Thank you for your cooperation!

Bourne Hands-on!
I had a hands on with this game on Saturday at the exhibition I went to. Now.. I don't know if it was the surrounding I was playing it in, or if I was mega hyped after the other games I had played but this ROCKS! The graphics are great, the gameplay is very fluid and intuitive and the sound is brilliant. I played a level where you have to escape an embassy ( Much like the film, or was it a bank?) anyways, which sees Bourne sprinting though corridors being chased by guards, ramming your way through civilians and diving across balconies. The fighting is awesome, really brutal. The camera closes in a la fightnight rd 3 and the detail was really crisp. You have x as light attack and Y as heavy, you can hold either for a charged kick or punch, A is block. As I said the sound is great, the punches make a nice thumping sound and you can hear the guy is hurting. When you've done enough damage you can press B for a finishing move, which is where it gets very cool. It goes into an in engine cutscene which involves the scenery around Bourne as he smashes their heads into tables, into walls out of windows and into the floor. There's also a good cover system, I forget which button it was but you can stick him to the wall, reminding me of splinter cell, and peek round corners (Hopefully there will be some great stealth sections) All in all I was very impressed with this one. It looks like it was pretty much a final build, a few jaggies and a little clipping but that will hopefully be ironed out. Lets hope the rest of the game is this good. Sorry if the grammar is awful, I'll get better.

I'm guessing it's when lines or edges are poorly anti-aliased, and have a pixelated or jagged appearence to them.

Kotaku gets an early look, and they say it's a great experience.
Highlights:

The camera work in this game is pretty amazing and when you go into these take down moves, the camera switches angles several times, mimicking tricky movie camera work. I've never seen it employed in a game quite like this before and it was pretty impressive looking.

They really wanted to make this as entrenched in the Bourne lore as possible and as such there is very little gunplay involved. You must rely on your McGuyver like wits to help you make your way through the game, using the things you can find around you and your trusty fists to their greatest use.

if you want to check out what this game is all about for yourself before purchase, a demo will be coming to your PS3 and 360 early next month.
