Multiplayer is what I meant. I never even played Single player, so that was probably good.

OK good. The multiplayer was just a thrown on deathmatch. It was free for download for the PC version off of their website. Single player on FEAR for PC was one of the best FPS experiences I have ever had. Game was awsome I thought.

I googled it really quickly, and someone was having the same problem. Their graphics card was defenitly good enough but couldn't get it to that resolution, someone replied

you need to edit the config file manually, as is the annoying trend in many latest games (serious sam 2 and fear being the 2 latest off the top of my head)

You need to start a game first to create a config file (setup all your options except for the resolution and then start a new game, then quit)

Then there should be a config file in c:\Document and settings\all users\shared documents\monolith productions\fear...somewhere around there anyhow

Look through it and it should be fairly obvious where to add the resolution

Shoot, sorry, didn't see this till now.

I have an ATI Radeon X600. Once i save up 150 bucks, i'm going to trade it in for a X1650T or whatever from.... ATI (mom will cover extra 50 till i get the rebate probably).

I ordered a Nvidia GeForce 7300 GS, but even though it looked better to me on paper, it didn't preform as well as my current when i tested it in extraction point.

Processor is an intel pentium 4... i think. Runs somewhere between 3.0 to 3.2 GHz
