Spider-Man 3 (360)

According to the new OXM magazine, Spider-Man's newest adventure (complete with the alien symbiote costume that Venom made famous) will be released on the Xbox 360 sometime around May 2007.

The screenshots that are in the magazine look stunning, and New York City will be bigger than any other console - which will include the tops of skyscrapers down to a new subterranean layer complete with sewers, subways, and supervillain hideouts.

Treyarch's Senior Producer Gregory John says this of the game, "It's the largest, most detailed Manhattan in any Spider-Man game."

Needless to say... I am waiting impatiently to play this game!!!

They've probably been working on this game as long as they've been working on the Movie. Spider Man games are usually a fine example of how Movies to Games should be. Either way it will be the first Next-Gen Spiderman game, I'm excited.
I really enjoyed Ultimate Spider Man for the Regular XboX.
This has me all worked up now, I might go home and play the very first Spiderman for the Atari 2600 .

Yeah... same here. The only things that I didn't like about it was the web slinging seemed too erratic, anfd the bosses seemed to easy to me.

Other than that, I thought it was awesome!

Now that you mention it, the web slinging was touchy. I really liked the Comic-Book Look it had.

Exactly... that's one of the reasons why I took such a quick liking to the way Crackdown is rendered... I love that cell shaded style of look.

Largest, most detailed Manhattan yet...gulp, I am afraid for my 360 LOL. Words like this scare me, as I always think of it getting the 360 hotter than normal LOL.

Spider-Man games are fun, and this one should be fun as well.

Now, just have to wait for the Captain America movie and then game. They are supposedly coming out with a movie, even though they are killing Captain America.

Although I didn't really take any interest in the movies, I wouldn't mind playing the game.

The last one I played was the one for the PlayStation (I think) and that was fun, playing as kid SpiderMan was hilarious.

If you want a substitute for SpiderMan before it comes out, try Crackdown.

Never in my life played a SpiderMan game, but from what I saw in the trailer the gameplay looks pretty good.
