You have to play rank games or what ever and earn money to customize your online dude.

Chazz is correct. Here's how the money breaks down. When you play a ranked game you get $15 win or lose. If you win, you get another $15. If you can get 5 kills before dying, you get another $15. That can keep going in 5's until you die. If you don't die once in a game you get an extra $20.

I think that's how it is. If I'm wrong, I apologize.

If your Team wins the Match you get $45 and if your Team loses the Match you get $15.

But save your online progress or you will lose your money.

ok i'm tired of playing with a bunch of people i've never spoken to and don't know so i'm looking to join up with commander and the rest of you guys.

2 things though before you send me an invite....
1) i suck at this game. lol
2) i've never dealt with the whole clan system on xbox live so someone will have to coach me through the whole process as we go along.

p.s. i'm guessing commanders tag is spelled with an 0 and a 3 instead of letters?

Ditto...I'm new to the 360 online features and have never felt so lost. I have c0mmand3r and B.A.M.F as my friends and I dont know how to find them. I want to get in a gang. Could someone provide an Xbox Live Tutorial thread ?.?.?.?.? LOL

I don't think i can provide a tutorial because you need to go online yourself and explore the world of Xbox Live

Let me tell you how the marketplace works
You buy Microsoft Points with a Credit Card to download certain content from the Marketplace you may need like game maps, themes, gamer pictures and much more.

There are also tournaments on Xbox 360 games which you can win virious prizes like Limited Edition game content.

Now you have your Community which you can send mail and private live chat with other players while playing the game.

You can listen to any music while playing the game by pressing the ring of light botton.

if your lights ever turn red that means your 360 overheated and it may get damaged if you ever see a red light shut it off quick and rest it for 2 days or so

When you pre-order certain games there is exclusive game content like a free map or car

I was being half~heartidlty sarcastic about the Tutorial. I didn't understand what the deal was with the microssoft points, now I understand., Thanks. I'll send in an invite when I get on later. The thing that I don't understand is how I go to the same games as my friends are on Saints Row. The whole friend finding thing is confusing.

The easiest way I found is to, go to your friends list, click on said friend, and when it brings up their full gamercard, just click on the "join game in progress" option.
