My fiance picked the special edition up for me today and all i can say is WOW!....from the collectors edition tin to the gameplay to the boss battles....GREAT. i havent tried online yet (will try that tuesday at a friends house) but offline is friggin sweet. the weapons and mechs are bad *** and it controls better than the demo to me atleast. great job CAPCOM! another next gen gem if you ask me. i dont even care if its a short game with the time i have to play games its perfect. id recomend it to anyone at this point. i only got past mission 2 but what a treat up till now    . only reason im even posting now is i had to come by work to pick up training pamlets im putting together for a meeting but im off back home to play the game. enjoy all who got today!
p.s. YES the collectors edition IS worth it too...spend the extra 10 bucks.

Whats noticably better about the collectors?
I watched a few vids, I want this game so badly! Looks like the type of game you either hate it or love it, I think I'll love it! Multiplayer looks insane, so I'm Dling the multiplayer demo tommarrow.

the extra content from the map you get early for multiplayer to the lil art book and the nice collectors tin for it. just well worth 10 dollars to me.

I think my copy shipped out of GameFly today... can't wait to play it... the demo really had me wanting more of this game!!!

Well I went to my local EB today and I bought their last Collector's Edition copy for $5. I love it. The Green Eyes is gonna be a ***** to fight when it comes to it.

After playing both demos over the last week or so, I ordered this game. So, it should come to me sometime this week, Amazon is usually quick shipping.

This game is f*cking awsome, I got it yesterday.
At first, I thought the maps blew, Dark Town the most. But after recently playing Dark Town again, I found my problem, I was staying in my spawn area(Tunnels) and didn't know there was a whole city on top, lmao, I love the map now. I don't like Crimson River that much, though.
I also was unfortunate to get a regular copy, and not collectors :( Best Buy was out of collectors, and it was the only place I had a gift card for.
Can I DL the exclusive map anywhere???
