**** Anyone Know What I'm doing Wrong ****

I just defeated the guy in the Grocery Store to bring Brad back his medicine. I bring back the medicine, the chick thanks me , I Level Up and Case # 2 is completed. I don't even leave the room and all of a sudden it says " Scoop Chance Lost " and the Cases all go red and expire .....Game Over Man

What really annoys me is I can't even read the text directions in this game to know what the hell I'm doing anyway. The text is small and blurry and on the screen for like 5 seconds. Then I read in an article that the text is easily readable on an HDTV. That's nice, I have a 52 inch Big Screen Non-HDTV and I can't read the text.

Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated . I loved this game, and all of a sudden it went 180 on me.

Um after you bring the medicine you have to go outside and wait for isabela there, shes on the roof top

unless you waited in the safe room

but you can rush to the roof and the cut scene triggers

I tried the roof top with the Heli-Pad but nothing happened. No cut scene when I ran through the door. This is way hate the single game save sytem this game has.

I just figured it out and I love this game again. But I still have to say that Blurry Text is still awful.

After something like that almost happened to me in my game of Dead Rising, I usually don't even bother with the "side quests" anymore... unless there is a crapload of time left between missions, I just follow the main storyline branch.

I'll worry about the other "side quests" once I complete the main storyline on my first go-around.

this game needs exactly 2 cheat code type things.

1) infinite item durability.

2) and this is actually the more important one, TURN OFF THAT GODDAMNED ANNOYING NEXTEL RADIO AND MAKE OTIS S.T.F.U.!!!!! god i hate that old man soooooo much now.

yep, i think that would just about cover it for me, i could even deal with the unreadable text if i could just have those 2 things.

Thats what got me so lost in this game, If that damn Nextel wasn't going off 24-7 I could relax and flow with the games storyline.

This would be totally lame, if you ask me. Just about any object in the game could be used as a weapon... why should all of them have infinite "life"?

It makes the game more difficult/lifelike, in my opinion.

Sometimes "dodging" a fight with a zombie (a la Resident Evil) is the best option when your weapon breaks... besides, how else can the "Break 100 weapons" achievement get unlocked?

I have to say this game is fun as hell. All the different things you can do and items around the environment you can use is great. Stick a shower head in a zombies head and blood comes gushing out. LMAO. Probably the best weapon in the game is the excavator (like a pile driver). You can impale a zombie at the end and spin it around then walk around killing other zombies. You can play the game for months and still not have unlocked all of the achievements.
