ok, first things first, this game rocks!!

secondly, this is the first i've heard of the whole "dead rising kils your 360" crap. nobody on the other 360 forum i frequent has experienced or reported this little phenomenom.

thirdly, over 500 zombies on screen at once with no issues. how flippin cool is that?!?!?

and lastly, this game rocks! i think i mentioned this before, but it bears repeating.

My brother was playing mine the other day and it was kind of warm but it wasn't affecting the system none. Even so I went out and got the intercooler and it's keeping it relatively cool. No doubt! I just unlocked the "Strike!" achievement for killing 10 (or more) zombies with a bowling ball in one throw.

And as far as the story goes, I'll take it for what it's worth... I mean, c'mon... it's loosely based on "Dawn of the Dead's" storyline... a B horror movie-type of game. I've played games with much worse stories than this one!

It's already been returned to Blockbuster. It was a fun game though.

I just bought an Xbox 360 with Dead Rising and Madden.

Dead Rising is Awesome the only bad thing I have to say about it is the Save Feature is horrible. Flesh eating Zombies Everywhere !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah the save feature kinda sucks, and its hard trying to rescue the other people sometimes. I like to go to the toy store and get those kid's hats' and put them on the zombie's head's. And take a picture for i kill them, of course i usually leave one on my head too.

Since I read this stuff about Dead Rising being defective, I haven't played it. The last thing I want is to get my 360 screwed up.

Thank you for the Suggestion, I just bought an Intercooler today just in case. Last night I played Dead Rising for a few hours and the console was HOT.
Personally, though Microsoft should not have a need to sell a product like this ( I know it's not made by Microsoft themselves ) for the money you pay for the system itself, the cooling add on should'nt even be a factor.
