Don't buy 25 To Life... yet.
ok remember how bad socom was in the beginning? multiply that by like a bajillion, and thats how bad 25tolifes online is. I've only played an added up 3 hours of it, and ive had it since the day it came out everytime u get on, it gives u some new reason to be kicked off. on top of all that people are using an undetectable codebreaker on there, and they CANT be killed but when you do get to play a game its pretty good aside from not being able to switch guns in the game, vote teamkillers, and late joiners have to completely wait till the next round, and most games are 20min rounds since everybody plays respawn dm wich is hardly fun imo. but the ranking and leaderboards actually works and is pretty accurate aside from the #1 spot *bugged* and the cheaters at least half the top ten have been proven to cheat but just give the game a month before u waste 30$ on it. i wonder if eidos is working to fix the game or if theyre just swimming in the pools of money theyre making, and laughing at us idiots who thought theyd make a decent game. they did push the game back almost year and im personally disgusted at the extremely poor job with what theyre game is based on since theyre single player is easily beated on the hardest difficulty in 2 hours.

the whole point of this post is to slam 25 to Life and eidos for theyre sad attempt at making a quality online game, and to let the people out there that cant really afford to waste 30$ on a crap game like this.

NOT WORTH 30$

*edit* before i posted this i didnt see a 25 to life thread yet but i just spotted it so my mistake

I haven't played an online game yet it just kicks me off so I had to settle with beating the pathetic single player mode.

Not to worry... I've been hearing a few people saying that there will be a patch for 25 To Life's online mode on Tuesday.

At least Eidos released an apology to the public, and they are attempting to resolve this problem ASAP... it's more than I can say for Zipper/Sony.

(I heard they didn't anticipate this many people purchasing the game in the first few days of its release... hence the reason for the random log-offs because of the high volume of traffic.)

And FYI... I just got the game for $14.00.

$29.99 - $17.00 (Best Buy credit) = $14.00

I wouldnt worry about the online serves. Remeber when socom came out, the servers were horrible. Now I know you said its a million times worse than socom, but like Negative Creep said, there will be a patch. So dont be so quick to judge the game until after the patch comes out

Yea. I bought 25 to life. The game itself online is great! I bought it on Sunday and I have had so many damn problems with it. So many connection errors, but i havent played in any: 20 min rounds, teamkiller situations or code breaker dicks. If you play single player, you will unlock more gear for online, even though single player is easy, quick, it is also boring and annoying/repitative sometimes. And its 40$ up here in Massachusetts.

FYI: I've already been told that there is a new patch available to download for this game... supposedly, it was released today.
