this is the only dumb thing about killzone
killzone is one of the best games ive ever played. For once in my life ive seen a game where the offline mode is probably better than the online mode. The sad thing is that killzone requires a 3mb update on ur memory card while socom's is soo tiny. Now i cant play the game online because i dont want to delete my saved games. And I dont want to buy a memory card for just one game, the card is more expensive than killzone

i thought it was an ok game but it was really bouncy and when you would throw a grenade you would have to do wierd **** with your gun and such. i will definatly have killzone 2 for ps3 though

Socom is also a 3mb update on it. I do agree the single player was one of the best fps storys I have played. But the online portion was lacking. Is it me or did it take way to many bullets to kill someone? It reminded me alot of Halo. Also It got boring and repetitive fast.

^^^^ Yea it does take tons of bullets, some weapons are grossly overpowering like the chain gun which has a rocket launcher attachment! THe bullets are fired so bloomin fast, this alone makes it extremely devestating, but then they had to give it a rocket launcher!! SAme with the squad cannon, nade launcher is not cheap

I Disagree because The game takes place in the future on some other planet. It explains that in the beging of the game. The helgast are a race of things, but there not human and not aliens. The I.S.A. are humans that have to stop the helgast from taking over a weapon in space. The only reason the guns are so overpowering is because in the future, there might be guns like that that take alot of bullets to kill someone and have a grenade launcher attached on it.
I like anime porn -Cheesy

The offline mode with bots is just as sweet as the single player, but I do agree that the online mode was lacking. It just got boring fast. Coming from Socom, going to that deal where all people do is shoot rockets, it isn't as fun.

I liked it, the only problem was that the starting gun for the main character blows. The Helghast FAMAS+Shotgun is much better, even if it does force you to reload after every shot. Online was stupid at best. Singleplayer was great, but the guns are so damn innaccurate that it's hard to beat in some places.

Yeah I agree with you there. I did enjoy the offline bots alot more then the online experience. Funny thats the only game that has done that to me.
