What would BF2MC be rated?

Depends on your gaming prefrance.
If you like faster, constant action then I would rate this game over SOCOM. If you like more stratiegic (sp?) stealth/team based game, then I would rate SOCOM over Battlefield.

Ok, well I kinda figured that from having played BF on the computer, and playing Socom.
Umm one more question, is it M FOR MATURE, lol. IF so how is the blood, b/c games with good blood are usually good. IMO.

Well, let's put it this way... It's rated T for Teen. There is some violence but nothing brutal. There doesn't need to be either. Gameplay over rules blood anyday.

Yeah, you probably think I'm stupid for not just going and reading a review on it. But actually talking (or posting) with someone who has played it and other games like it and SOCOM3 is all the more better, so thanks for letting me know, I'm gonna rent it and see how it is.

Played it extensivwly today, cannot begin to tell you how much fun it is... at first...
after a while you get fed up being crushed by your own car when you get out, how much the spec ops guys own (SMG is too damned good, C4 is a real problem for tanks) and the general lack of teamwork
Have any players in the US spotted the EU rooms? this morning all I was picking up was EU, but later on I ended up in EAST 20 or something like that... everyone sounded weird (american) and just whined about teamkills, which sucked

i really do not see the fun in this game. the controls are fairly dificult to get used to at first. i think for me this is mainly because it is VERY similar to black hawk down and i want to use those controls instead of get used to the new ones. the graphics are smooth, environments big. but there is a lack of gun supply...you pick your class and have a set gun-no fun. i can also never seem to get in a good gun fight with people, and when id o i think i'm hitting them but i guess i'm not becaue they nnever die.i would probably give from a 6.5/10 to a 7/10 for this game though.

Well, the no killing thing probably comes from the fact that you just are not hitting them because it only takes about 3-5 shots for a kill. The controls are EXTREMELY easy to get used to. I can switch back and forth from SOCOM, to BF2MC, to GTA:SA, and still be fine. You can pick up other peoples weapons but how is the weapon loadout limiting? It's almost like SOCOM. You pick which guns and inventory you want, and you run with it. What do you want a constantly rotating gun choice in the middle of the game while you are still alive?
Oh well, that's your opinion though. You probably only played for about 10 minutes then judged the game but that's your choice.

If you pick a spec ops class, why would you want to run around with weapons that deal absolutely nothing with spec ops?

no no your missing the point. within the spec ops there should be more than ONE main weapon. i at least enjoyed bhd's horrible graphics to bf lack of stuff. but it is prefrence and i'm sure the pc version is much better. i just can't get into it
