These were taken from the Official Socom II Strategy Guide. Im sure these are already posted somewhere but since i already had them typed out, here they are again.
Who:
Fireteam: Saying or choosing "Fireteam" will issue an order to both "Able" & "Bravo elements simultaneously, or rather fireteam on the whole.
Able: Saying or choosing "Able" will make "spector/player" give an order specifically to "Jester", the other member of "Able" element.
Bravo: Saying or choosing "Bravo" will give an order specifically to "Bravo" element, which is comprised of "Wardog" & "Vadal", if one member of bravo element is eliminated, the remaining member will comply with the command.
Escortee: The selection of escortee commands become available only once appropiate enemies(leaders) or allies are restrained. As standard operating procedure dictates. There are three potential orders that an escortee can follow: these are: "Follow" , "Hold Position" & "Get Down", and they work exactly the same way as they would if they were issued to members of Fireteam. One exception to the usual set of escortee commands is an addition to the commands used with "Flat Foot", an expert in nuclear materials who will at one point be required to handle specific intel items.
Intimidate: The "who" for this command is the non-restrained enemy. "Intimidate" can be used in conjunction with a flashbang in order to help convince an enemy to surrender. It works similarly to "Hands In The Air" and "Get Down" into the microphone of the headset.
What:
Hold Fire: Saying or choosing "Hold Fire" will command your team members to shoot only when shot at. If the "Hold-Fire" is broken by one of Specter's teammates, they will offer a reason. One reason is that fireteam members will recognize that the enemy was preparing to fire upon Specter.
Fire At Will: Saying or choosing "Fire At Will" will command your team members to take any and every open and available shot. Normally, the priority of these shots will start with those enemies who are closest and pose the greatest threat, and then radiate out. Jester , Wardog and Vandal will engage enemies within the operable range of their primary weapon.
Deploy: Saying or choosing "Deploy" will order your team members to throw or place the selected explosive at the position indicated by Spector/Player's crosshairs. This command is used in conjunction with the items specifically equipped for the current mission. Items or explosives that can be deployed include: Flashbangs ("Bang") , Frag Grenades ("Frag") or various types of smoke.
Open Door: Saying or choosing "Open Door" will command your team to open a closed door. The "Open Door" command will only appear if you are pointing your crosshairs over an closed door.
Close Door: Saying or choosing "Close Door" will command your team to close a open door. The "Close Door" command will only appear if you are pointing your crosshairs over an open door.
Cover Target: Saying or choosing "Cover Target" will order specified team members to provide covering fire for the area at which Specter is pointing his crosshairs. This command is useful in ensuring that Fireteam secures areas such as doorways or the vicinity of an escortee.
Breach: Saying or choosing "Breach" in conjunction with "HOW" command (which designates the method, including "Bang" or "Frag") will command secified team members to forcibly enter an area behind a closed door, deploy a weapon like a grenadeand then clear the room.
Clear Area: Saying or choosing "Clear Area" will order team members to clear out or eliminate all hostiles in the area indicated by Spector/Player's crosshairs.
Move To: Saying or choosing the "Move To" command is used in conjunction with "Where" commands, which include: "Crosshairs" , "Echo" and "Delta". "Move To" will command members of fireteam to approach a location at a normal walking pace. Each mission has specific Navigation Points (or Nav points) that are pre-set before the mission begins. These are labeled on the Tactical Map (aka: Tacmap).
Run To: Saying or choosing "Run To" will command fireteam, Bravo or Able elements to move quickly to a specified location.
Stealth To: Saying or choosing "Stealth To" will command your team to use shadow and coverage while slowly moving to a specific location. Members will use the environment intelligently to maintain a stealth profile - to keep from being detected by the enemy - en route to the specified location. The pace is similar to and prehaps slower than that of "Move To".
Attack To: Saying or choosing "Attack To" will command team members to take all available shots while moving to a specific location. The "Attack To" command see's members moving at a pace similar to "Move To".
Lead To: Saying or choosing "Lead To" will command your team to escort you to a specific location. They will take the lead and you can follow behind. The lead to command is used in conjunction with the "Where" commands.
Regroup: Saying or choosing "Regroup" will order your team to come back to your current position. This command may be helpful when fireteam members become seperated from Specter/Player, or if you need backup in a fire fight.
Follow: Saying or choosing "Follow" will command your team to follow behind you. Along with "Hold Position" this command is one of the most commonly used through the game. Other fireteam members will take a route very similar to Specter/Player's. Keep in mind that if Specter/Player runs at full pace for an extended time, Fireteam is likely to fall slighly behind.
Hold Position: Saying or choosing "Hold Position" will command team members to stay in their current posititions. This command is useful for stealth purposes, or for coordinating the positioning of an ambush. Be advised that it is Standard Operating Procedure to follow Specter/Player automatically if he exceeds a maximum radius of about 50 meters.
Get Down: A more extreme form of "Hold Position", this command ensures that fireteam members are not easily sighted by the enemy because of there prone positions. This command also works with some escortees.
Where & How
Frag: used with "Deploy", saying or choosing "Frag" will order your team to throw a frag grenade at the positioning of Specter/Players crosshairs.
Bang: Used with "Deploy" saying or choosing "Bang" will order your team to throw a flashbang grenade at Specter/Players crosshairs. Flashbang grenades are the most effective means of inducing surrender by the enemy.
Smoke: Used with "Deploy", saying or choosing "Smoke" will order your team to throw a smoke grenade at Specter/Player's crosshairs.
Satchel: Used with "Deploy", saying or choosing "Satchel" will order your team to place a Satchel charge at Spector/Players crosshairs. Keep in mind that, in some missions, some or all firetam memebers may be required to carry satchel, and that moving to certain locations will cause a satchel icon to appear at the bottom center of the screen.
