Connection Problems/Issues

I also keep losing my connection in the middle of games. I have a DSL connection and a relatively new modem. It does seem to help to reset the modem, but that only works for about an hour or 2, then starts all over.

Oh, I have to agree with LuFeng. Going 27-0 when you have a decidedly clear advantage of a 10 second jump on everyone doesn't indicate any kind of skill level, it just means you know how to shoot inanimate objects that don't shoot back.

I just got a router (wireless) i connect it up. I log on, it passes DNAS and connects. Though when logging into a unvierse it just disconnects, its very very annoying. Any ideas?

SOS Calling all Navy Seals!

Hi all,
I'm trying to play online (for the first time) It connects, I can select the universe, I go to create a name then accept the disclaimer. Then when I accept at that screen it comes up with [Username is not registered would you like to register it now]I click yes and it returns back to the user creation screen and I ever remain in this vortex.

Please help if you know anything

If its like Socom I (cause in eu we now have central station) that means the name your trying to use is already taken. So pick a different one and try again.

when i logged in a few minutes ago...it said my clan disband..and i have no freinds list and no rank pages or server info is loading??..

ya i always have some kind of connection problem... when i log in either my rank, clan tag, or even my name is missing then i cant get into a room or briefing room and if i do find one i can get into i lag out within the first few minutes

Whats up everybody...

For the last couple of days, we have not been able to get any of our PS2's online in the house. We have 3 online, and have been using the same setup for months. Now all of a sudden, nothing. It says that there is a connection faliure. I cant even test a connection without it timing out. I have reset my modem and router, and all computers hooked up to this connection work.

I am confused. What happened?

Routers are stupid. Despite the guy who sold it to us saying that it wouldn't make me lag (he owns a PS2 also, so I assumed that he knew what he was talking about), I do. I used to have a good connection, but now, even when I'm connected to the internet with only my PS2, I lag bad enough that I can't stay in a room for two minutes with out lagging out.
On top of that, my new computer with it's lovely AMD 64 3200+ prcessor reboots every couple of minutes, and the mouse only works every second time the computer is turned on. I'm on my old comp now, and neither CD drive works. Electronics are the stupidest inventions ever.
