Store update today + Sony day
I am assuming this list is for the EU store, since the US already has the Condemned 2 demo. I don't think a list for the US store has been confirmed yet, but I am sure we will get all the same stuff. If not, just download it off the EU store. :p

They also say the normal Thursday update will still happen. So we are getting a lot of stuff this week!

Also, today is Sony day. They will be showing off a ton of games mainly developed or published by Sony. Resistance 2 and Killzone 2 will both be there. I will update this thread as news comes in. I am assuming the Thursday update will have a lot of the trailers and videos from this event.

Resistance 2 and Killzone 2, excellent.

The store stuff never really concerns me, I barely even look at it.

The only part of today that even mildly interests me is the expected news regarding PlayTV and Home.

The rest of it is just the usual demo/trailer crap.

Here is the list of "play by play commentary" from IGN. Bear in mind the talking only really started around an hour ago. (It's in reverse order)

17.30. Some news on Play TV - it's out in September and will cost 99 Euros. Followed by news of game downloads for the PSP, complete with some box art for Gran Turismo PSP - is that a faux pas, or a sign that the game may finally be approaching release?

17.26. Reeves introduces some footage of Echochrome on the PSP – that'll be the game that's been available over in Japan for some time now. Still, looks good on the big screen.

17.25. STOP PRESS. David Reeves announces Pom Pom Party, a..... well, a pom-pom simulator for the PS3 that utilises eyetoy. Good to see Sony embracing a wider demographic, but unsurprisingly it only inspires giggles from the crowd in attendance.

17.20. The announcement of GoView on PSP – a video download service for the handheld that is the first of its kind in Europe. "It's no secret that we'd like to have a similar service on PS3 – so watch this space," says Reeves. Such a tease.

17.10. Some tub-thumping about Blu ray's success comes complete with the announcement of Men in Black being ported over to the format. An awkward silence is broken by the sound of a microphone stand falling over.

16.58. David Reeves returns to the stage, and announces the Nissan GT academy - in which players of Gran Turismo 5 Prologue compete for a chance to get behind the wheel of a real-life Nissan 350Z at this year's Dubai 24 hour race. We hope whoever wins the prize realize that driving into the side of your opponent at top speed isn't a valid tactic in real-life racing.

16.56. Now this is exciting - our first look at in game footage of Dice's Mirror's Edge. It looks astounding, a first-person gallavant around a brightly coloured rooftop. We've got a little vertigo from just seeing it in play. There's a fair bit of gunplay as well, and it all looks very dynamic. The video's up on the PlayStation Network this Thursday - we implore you to go and see it for yourself.

16.52. Now it's Paul Hollywood's turn to come on stage and show off MotorStorm 2. Again, it's the first time we've seen any in game footage, and it looks.... okay. We wish Sony would stop wallying around with the pre-rendered trailers, as when we finally get to see the in-game footage it's bound to disappoint. We'll be having a hands-on later - and we'll let you know how it plays.

16.48. Ted Price takes the stage, and we get to see the fisrt in-game footage of Resistance 2. Again it looks solid - though we only see the multiplayer, which is evidently the focus of Insomniac's new game.
16.45. Speaking of the Helghast, here's some footage of Killzone 2. It's looking really good, an in-game rendering of that infamous E3 video of 2005. Looking forward to going hands-on with this later - but there's a lot more power point to sit through first.

16.45. Speaking of the Helghast, here's some footage of Killzone 2. It's looking really good, an in-game rendering of that infamous E3 video of 2005. Looking forward to going hands-on with this later - but there's a lot more power point to sit through first.

16.42. That's more like it - some truly charming footage of Little Big Planet - including some of the characters dressed as Helghast.

16.40. Speaking about the importance of user generated content to the future of PlayStation 3, Reeves introduces a truly horrifying selection of videos from the players of Sing Star. It's like watching the dregs of YouTube - not sure if this is a future we want to be a part of.

16.35. Reeves returns, with some truly staggering figures. Stating that the PlayStation 3 has shifted 5 million units in Europe, he claims it has been outselling its closest rival (while tactfully naming no names) since October 2007. And then this - in Europe the PlayStation 3 has now outsold the Xbox 360. We would like to know where yuo got those numbers, David.

16.31. This is a very humble Kaz, offering an apology for the delay to Home - which will be available at the end of the year - whilst talking about the importance of networking to the future of the PlayStation 3.

16.30. Hirai admits the PS3 has got off to a difficult start, but looks to 2008 as the PS3's year with a number of high profile titles such as Little Big Planet and MGS4.

16.28. Kaz speaks of the importance of European produced games to Sony - singling out Singstar, Buzz and Formula 1.

16.24. Reeves soon makes way for Kaz Hirai, in what we're informed is his first European appearance in his new role at the head of SCE.

16.21. Following a brief sizzler featuring the usual suspects including the MotorStorm 2 and Reisistance 2 pre- renders, David Reeves takes centre stage, to a somewhat muted applause - is there going to be anything truly exciting revealed today?

16.20. A little sweaty under pit having wrestled our way here on the Jubilee Line in some overdue Spring heat, we're now in our seats and ready to type.
EDIT - I will try to keep updating the list as it get's changed on IGN.
