18 hours straight, not a hitch in the framerate. gotta love that PS3 cooling system 
Favorite mission for me so far was the bank heist, and after that the one where you kill those two guys for benny in a turismo chase (only because my driving was freaking PERFECT for the entire chase).
And as a warning for people who haven't gotten there yet....
KILL PLAYBOY X, NOT DWAYNE!!
You'll get playboy's mansion if you kill playboy x, and i think dwayne becomes your friend as well. What do you get for killing dwayne? Nothing, except the end of your connection with X as well.

I didn't know you got all Playboy's stuff until after I did that mission, I killed Dwayne.
I am glad I killed Dwayne though now. He would just be another guy who keeps calling you to take him places, he would have just been annoying.
The bank heist is definitely the best one so far. The mini-shootout in the subway was great.
When I played the mission where you have to go to the job interview and escape at the end, I just walked out the main entrance which was surrounded by cops, and literally ran away to freedom. They didn't even see me leave the building. The first time I tried the mission, I got stuck because of a downed stop light which resulted in me getting owned by the SWAT/NOOSE team.

I hate it when I am busy, going to someone for a mission, and people keep calling you, "Hey, lets go do something".
Either chose yes to waste time doing stupid tedious **** that shouldn't have been in the game, or push no and then they hate you and you won't get any benefits from being their friend.

its the same for 360, as my longest session was 36 hrs, and ive seen little to no popup and zero framerate reduction.

i killed dwayne as well, but i read in a guide that you get his mansion, and he appears in the stats with the same things as the rest of your friends.... like "Roman Like" "Roman Respect" and "Roman Missions"

like always, i'm at the point in the game where i no longer see where the plot is going beyond the current mission. wonder how they're tying this one together...

Well, I knew it was coming, my disc drive has been grinding away and deciding not to read discs for a month or two now. I just hoped it would last long enough to finish GTA, but it was not to be :(
The worst thing is, I didn't have a single problem with GTA, so I thought it was going to make it, then BAM!
Gutted v_v.
Still, the multiplayer is kinda fun, but is it worth giving up the episodes? I'm not sure, but I don't think so.

The phone is so annoying. I haven't had an in-game phone aggravate me like this since I played Dead Rising.

I normally Just cut the phone off. I use the sleep thing one the phone.
