Brucie is the guy with the garage near the docks, he's always pumped up on some steroids ****. There is a racing mission where he calls him his friend called Steve/Stevie and asks to use his car. After that mission, that Steve/Stevie guy just tells you there is a SuperGT car parked in front of a bank.
