To answer your question directly, it does not matter what order you play them in, as they have individual stories apart from any other game in the franchise. If you've ever played a turn-based RPG, you can handle any of these in any order. If this is
not the case, then you might want to start with Final Fantasy II/IV or III/VI, as Final Fantasy V may prove to be slightly more difficult.
In my opinion, Final Fantasy III/VI is the overall best of those which you have. If Final Fantasy V did not have a somewhat cheap storyline, it would easily be the best among them. While Final Fantasy II does have a great story, Final Fantasy III has better gameplay and story elements, and the characters are much more memorable, in my opinion.
