Yea i saw that yesterday too, and went *ooohhhhh*. I dont think itll be a huge issue hopfully, but seeing as this game is 200 percent more detailed than SA, ill cut them some slack. i just hope its not too appearant.
Mass Effect had some of the worst pop in and texture loading I've ever seen, but at the end of the day it was an amazing game, and that's really what counts. A few little niggles isn't going to stop it being an immense experience.
Thats true, but they didnt have as much time as rockstar did, with an addition 6 months in the shop. I was expecting mass effect not to b perfect, since they had to get it out fast enough to be able to put out the whole trilogy in this generation, while building everything up from scratch. the Pc version has alot of those problems fixed, so expect mass effect 2 to be alot better. It is a awsome game. Until next generation ill expect some type of small pop in in free roaming, huge world games.
Also realise that the majority of the gameplay videos shown so far have been on the 360, so the PS3 may not have these problems.
The only nag (other than controls) that reviewers have is the visuals of the game, or at least the loading of them. They obviously aren't too big of a deal because all the ratings have been very positive so far. This time tomorrow, I will be playing it for myself if all goes to plan.
