I've been checking out all of the upcoming games for the rest of 2008... And I'm pretty excited! It's gonna be awesome! The games I can't wait for...

Really only 2 or 3 of the games you listed I'm really excited about.

Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway, IMO, is going to be the best release in 2008. The first two games in the series were amazing and this one is only going to be better. I watched a video of it on IGN the other day and it looked flawless. I know flawless may be saying to much, but I couldn't see anything big or small they missed.

In my opinion, which I know everyone will probably argue, the Madden games keep getting worse and worse every year. It seems like the only thing they change are the rosters. Needless to say I will not be getting Madden 09 or NCAA 09.

GTA IV will be fun for about a month then I know for me it will just collect dust. I can only have so much fun doing drive-by's, killing innocent people walking down the street, and screwing hookers before it gets repetitive and boring. I'm sure people will love the online for this game but thats not enough to make me go out and buy it.

I've only done a little bit of reading on Fallout 3 and from what I have read it sounds like it is going to be amazing. I'm not going to say to much more about it because I haven't played either of the first 2.

As for some of the other games, I have never heard of them, and I can't see ghostbusters being anything to good.

This year looks to be the best one for major titles, but they say that every year.

I also like how spread out the best games are. You have GTAIV in a few weeks, MGS4 not so long after, Saints Row 2 in August, it then goes a little dead until October and then the good title are all clumped into a couple of months.

If I had the money, I would buy probably 9 games off that list.

Totally eccentric about Metal Gear Solid 4. I would be exicted about FFXIII too but god knows what that is coming out. I hear rumours about an HD street fighter too! The online play is going to be insane.

That's not a rumour my man. Street fighter 2 hyper fighting edition HD remix is coming out soon on XBLA, not sure about PSN though. And Street fighter four. Both of which I'll be buying!

[EDIT] Big mistake leaving Fable 2 out.

Do you have any confirmation on the release date for the XBLA? That'd be sick! Wait so are they strictly sticking to the old school fighting with no power level bars? Do you know? I remember seeing a demonstration on on the arcade on some video on youtube but they only had Ryu and Ken.

As far as exclusives, the PS3 has SUCH a better game lineup in 2008 & 2009 than the Xbox 360. GamePro even says it themselves. Here's the link to the article if you want to read it...
