Condemned 2 or Dark Sector

Okay..so they both come out tomorrow. Which one do I buy. There isn't really a genre of game I don't like so "whichever genre you like best" probably won't help. Any ideas are mucho appreciated. Cheers.

Condemned 2 came out late in march and Dark Sector I know just came out a few days ago, or at least they did the the US.

I can't say anything for Dark Sector because I haven't played it yet, so I'll leave that for someone else. I have played Condemned 2 and I can't say that it is worth $60, but I would recommend renting it if you want to kill some time.

Condemned 2 positives:

Graphics are good from start to finish

The suspense in some parts of the game are awesome, I would recommend playing in the dark with the lights off and by yourself

The gameplay is good. Compared to the first one there is much more you can do, like environment kills, you'll see what I mean if you play the game.

Negatives

After a while the game gets VERY repetitive and almost boring. Kill meth addict, get lost, kill meth addict, and so on and so forth.

After beating the game I couldn't see you playing it ever again. It's fun the first time though but after that, I know for me, would just end up collecting dust.

The online is garbage.

There, I guess that's my take on Condemned 2.

The graphics are good. I rented Dark sector, which was nice. Decent graphics, gameplay was pretty fluid and the story was alright. I finished all 10 chapters on normal in one night... I paid for 7 nights so I took it back the next day and told them it would crash whenever I went to load the last chapter (Lie). I knew that was their only copy so I asked if I could just rent Condemned for the other 6 nights. Condemned is okay. Has scared the shite out of me a couple of times as well. The investigation parts are cool and the hand to hand can get pretty brutal. Good thing I didn't actually buy any of these though....

The graphics are alright, there definitely not bad like some newer games I have seen.

The investigations were kinda lame and very predictable I thought. Also, I hated the punching and kicking, and I hated that only certain things in the environment could be used as weapons. But the one that that I hated the most was in this game you got to use weapons, that is not what condemned is supposed to be about.

There was weapons in Condemned 1...
