Yea, with that ub3r sniping system they've got here . And the fact you have to waste at LEAST a clip on the guy so he loses some health...very realistic. Online sucks for KZ, I'll stick with socom thank you.

i was not not saying that it is bad. Im just saying it is nowhere near as good as Halo or Halo 2. In fact i like Killzone. Its just that after ALL the hype it had, it didnt live up to it.

I still haven't played it but I will comment on Skyline's post.

I agree with the fact that most games get way too much credit before the actual game comes out. Its the same with Halo, all hype and nothing to back it up (sorry,but Halo blew). The same thing happened when XBOX came out. All I heard about was how XBOX would put Playstation out of business. Yea right. One game for the PS2 out sold the XBOX. Now thats pretty sad if you ask me. All in all, hype is good for one thing and one thing only,getting people to buy their shyt.

Dude those ratings u showed us, they have Halo a better rating than halo 2- :? Anyway ive played both games and killzone rules. The graphics and gameplay own. U can play online , coop with or play against bots+ the story mode is the best, its a bit tactical but mainly renegade and u dont use alien guns

everyone was all excited about halo when it came out, i wouldnt buy it if i had a an xbox. I didnt hear much about killzone but as soon as i saw the trailer in a game store, i bought it instead of GTA San Andreas, it blew me away

I had high hopes for KILLZONE, but I thought it fell short in a few categories. The online isn't everything it could've been and the weapons aren't that awesome.

From what I've seen of PROJECT: SNOWBLIND I'm thinking it will be what KILLZONE wanted to be.

The trailers and info alone on projectsnowblind.com have me psyched and I'm betting this game will deliver the experience from single player to multiplayer that we all have wanted for awhile.

you are probably dissapointed about online gameplay because the guns are not 100% accurate like everyone wants them to be after playing SOCOM. thats something you have to deal with because it is more realistic.

one thing that they can do without though is the rocketlauncher and grenade launcher in some of the maps. (ex: the beach head map, i forget the name, it is nearly impossible for the helghast to do anything on that map)

I own both Killzone and Socom

Killzone, has pretty good 2 player and 1 player

Socom, has good 1 player and AWSOME online

i hav both games(killzone and socom2) Killzone single player owns all single player shooting games, the best storyline eva. The game requires u to go renegade as well as be tactical. THe multiplayer is awesome, 1 or 2 player. Online is same as oflline multi. The AI owns, better than socom, your opponents fight like an army and react perfectly. SOCOM online is still the best.
Good Killzone weapons(no pistols):
Grenade Launcher
ISA assault rifle(has grenade launcher)
Helghast assault rifle(shotgun attatchment)
Light machine gun(both but pop. with Helghast both in multi)
Chain Gun- used by ISA-both in multi(faster than machine, rocket launcher)
