****Spoilers**** (These are pretty much just for me and mOB. :P)

Alright. I am assuming you are on the 4th disc already. Well, I just got there, and now I am at the ancient dungeon place, I forgot what it was called, but whatever. I am grinding here around the save point to boost up my characters a little bit before going in since they are a little weaker than I would like them to be. Right now, I am using Kaim, Jansen, Seth, Ming, and I decided to replace Sarah with Sed.

I am assuming after this dungeon I can travel anywhere with my ship. Than I am going to go to all the sidequest dungeons, find treasure, and get achievements.

***!!!SPOILERS!!!***

I beat that guy using just Mack on offense and Ming, Jansen, and Cooke on defense. I would boost Mack up with Powerus and just go to work. It took a while but because I had three characters playing defense I wasn't really struggling at all.

I'm at the end of the game about to face off against Gongora one last time. I saved it and turned it off. I'm about to go to a hockey game tonight but I'm coming back to it.

I've also defeated a bunch of "extra" monsters around in different areas to get secret achievements I'm just not strong enough to fight the last Eastern Tribe guy in the Temple of Enlightenment. I made it to the end and through the big *** maze with only fighting one or two fights though!

Does anyone know where to train when you're around level 50-55? Anywhere I go I either only get 1xp per fight or my other choice is the Temple of Enlightenment where I get my *** kicked 95% of the time.

One last thing, in the backyard challenges, how do you get 3 stars on the first fight against the Kelolons? The secret is showing a guy at the front desk their battle formations but I don't know what that means.

*Spoilers***

I just defeated the Holy Beast. It was pretty easy. I just used tier 3 magic bombs with double items on Kaim, Seth, and Sed, and using the tier 3 spells with Jansen and Ming. The thing went down pretty quickly. The item dropped by Holy Beast is extremely usefull, 10+ skill slots. edit: I just realized you have not defeated the Holy Beast yet. You should do that. Go to Numara Atoll after getting Ming's Harp from inside the White Boa. It will summon the beast, and at your level you should have no problem killing it. You can't hurt it with normal attacks, only Magic. When beating it, you get an item that gives you 10 more skill slots, which you can teach to all the immortals. Really usefull. I am going to go kill more of the secret bosses, and try to level up like crazy. Also, if you need help leveling up, make sure you skill link Sed's skills such as Double SP, Double Experience, and might as well get Double gold, double loot, and double items too.

I bought Ming's and Sarah's ultimate weapon at kelolon. Trying to get the others right now and fight the optional bosses. I am level 48ish I believe (on my main characters). I really need to start leveling up my other characters. I got ****ed up on the Kelolon tournament because I had to use Cooke, and she is one of the ones I hardly ever use.

Also, where is the backyard challenges?

***MORE SPOILERS***

I had Cooke at a low level as well but using Covera is your BEST FRIEND in that tournament.

The backyard challenges are in the abandoned apartments in the lower level of Ghotza. It gets opened up after the whole "ice" thing. The first level is only opened unless you have the magic gate keys. I forget where the first one is at or where I got it but when I got to the Backyard area I already had one and it opened up the mid challenges. The other gate key is in the Temple of Enlightenment in one of the treasure chests outside in (I think) the loneliness area.

***Spoilers***

Mob, I been going around doing more sidequests and etc. I am now at level 56, and I have defeated all but one of the secret bosses. The one I need is in the Temple of Enlightenment. Also, I am leveling up like crazy here, and I am having absolutely no problem killing these guys at all. So you may need to work on your characters a little bit. I skill linked a lot of stuff from Tolten, so Kaim is now using the Age of Kings sword, which is the best sword Kaim can use (by skill linking the ability to use the royal equipment). The sword itself has 450 strength, which is about 200 more than Kaim's ultimate weapon.

I also got the ultimate weapon for Seth, Sed, Ming, Sarah, Tolten (but being used with Kaim), Jansen and Cooke. I just need Mack's, which is in the temple of enlightenment also.

I also skill linked some really good skills from Tolten. Kaim and Seth learned Ultimate Hit, and a few other melee based moves, while I got Kaim, Seth, and Ming to learn Nullify All Elements, where now fire, water, ground, or wind attacks do not hurt me AT ALL.

I also have about 20 skill slots per immortal characters

My characters are pretty beastly right now.

Does Anyone Know How
im on the first disk of lost odyssey and i can not beat the bogimoray.

i have anti paraysis on one charcter (kaim) (cant find any more yellow bands)
i have black magic on all of them, white magic on two, and it doesnt matter what strategy i use, i cant beat the second one... it wears me out to beat the first one, and the second one destroys me in 2 turns.

is there anything im missing? (i CANT FIND AQUA, ANYWHERE, WHICH IS SOMETHING IM BEING TOLD I NEED)

When you equip on accessory like Yellow Band, you gain SP and you GAIN that skill. Then go to skills and you can equip it and no longer need the yellow band. So you can do that to all of your immortals, then give it to Jansen therefor they are all immune to paralyze.

On the boss, use seth and Kaim to keep the population of the small bugs down to 1-2 at all times. Then with Jansen, constantly hit Bogimoray with AQUA. He is weak against water. To get aqua, simply level up your characters a few more times, and Jansen should learn it.

After I got the 1,000 years item I've bulked up a hell of a lot more. It's almost not fair having that item because it can make your guys practically invincible.

I've beaten the game and the ending is pretty bad ***. Definitely a strong ending for a strong storied game and it's a pretty long final fight too unless you do have your characters pretty much beasted out. I went through almost 90% of my total item supply fighting Gongora though but I had a lot of fun.

also, zero, where do you find the Age of Kings sword at?
