i did not see a significant problem for four weeks, and i play every day. i noticed most problems on the weekends, most notably saturday. weekdays werent really all that bad.

I couldn't have played anyway. I had a month left on my live service, but MS wanted to be **** and suspend my subscription because "there was a problem with my payment option". I wasn't going to pay them again when I already did, **** that ****.

I'm getting pissed at my Xbox. I joined a game with Om3ga today and we were loading the game and a gay "disk read error" thing pops up... I take out the game and there's a huge ring around my disk. My Xbox has been scratching games for about 2 months now, starting with NHL 08 which somehow still works. I've seriously about had enough of this bull...

Lol. It's from a movie.
And dirt, is the scratch all the way around the middle of the disk? If it is, that scratch comes from the 360 being moved while the disk is spinning.

It's not in the middle, towards the outside of the disk.

The live thing seems to be done with. I only had 1 problem in the past couple of days, and that was today when I went to the marketplace.

I've been noticing a few XBLA games that have been cut down to 400 points per download... either that, or I was hallucinating. 
I could have sworn that the fecal remnant known as Tron was only a 400 point download.
