Buying a copy of this game was an easy decision for me... I saw it on sale at Target for only $37, and immediately bought a copy. I should have more time to start up a game of SMG... once I am done with my first Mass Effect play through, that is.

Loved it.
It really brings a breath of fresh air to the Mario series, which would of bored us all to death if it hadn't. New and innovative gameplay materials make it very somewhat nostalgic when looking back at the N64's extremely popular Mario 64. It does go back to it's true roots in a couple of ways though, such as star collecting, but still brings new qualities to the table to keep gamers intrested.
Overall, one of the biggest releases for the system so far, not to mention very fun to play.
I think we got a winner for best Mario game for the Wii guys

I am now actively hunting for a Wii again. I played a little SMG at a friends house and it made me go out hunting for one. I still can't find one anywhere. Everyone says February wherever I go. The only place I can get a brand new one is on WalMArt's site but it only comes as a combo package with any 6 games you want and the finally tally with shipping is $ 699.00 .....No Way Jose
I'm not very trusting of getting one off of Craig's List or E-Bay. Sooner or Later I'll come across one.

This game just continues to impress me... it's almost the same way that I felt back when I played Mario 64 for the first time on my N64... good times!

The first part of this review made me think that this post is a complete posting of plagerism. If it is not, very nice post and you have a future in writing reviews!
Secondly, SMG is a fantastic way to lose sense of time. It is a game that completely swallows you! I will admit to being amazed by the complete sense of awe that the colors bring! Plus, it is a game that my family and I can sit around and enjoy with each other! All in all, this is a game that will get numerous hours of activity on my Wii!

I have 28 stars in the game... and I just can't seem to get enough from exploring all of these planets with Mario... my 360 and PS3 are (slowly) collecting dust.

It's a very good game, i think. But after beating Bowser for the first time I stopped playing. I dunno know why, but for some reason it got sorta boring. I think i'll go back for some more once I get over playing my PS3.

I am up to 34 stars and having a blast. My son will pick out a level to play, we beat it, and then we move on to the next one.
My son and I are also a huge fan of the Hungry Luma......TRANSFOOOOORM!

I think my favorite galaxy that I have been to thus far has been the "Haunted" galaxy... totally reminds me of the first few times that I played Super Mario World on the SNES back in the day!
Good times!
